Women’s Bike Chat: TODAY!bn-pk959_japan__j_20160816165619

It’s supposed to be warm, today. But we’re still riding for coffee and dessert! Join us at 2:00, in the Shop. We’ll gather and then ride to Peggy’s Famous Healthy Home Cooking.
We require helmets on all Revolutions sponsored rides. We take a pretty easy pace. For this ride, plan to ride about 25 minutes, each way. Please remember that you ride at your own risk.
Don’t let not having a bike keep you from riding with us. We have bikes for sale, in our Shop. And we also rent adult bikes $5 plus tax, on the day of a group ride.

For weather updates, check out our Facebook page, or call the Shop at 901-726-6409!

Basic Bike Assessment, TOMORROW!

Gain an understanding of the different systems on your bicycle. Make sure your bike is in good working order and safe to ride. We’ll also include some good cycling tricks-of-the-trade for making it easier to stay on your saddle. And you’ll come away with an idea of what you might like to update or fix up on your bike. Sign up here or just show up! This class is free for members or $10.

Bike to Dinner: Thursday!

img_6222

There have been lots of pretty riding days, lately. Maybe Thursday will be one too. We’re headed to Phuong Long, on Cleveland, for this month’s Bike to Dinner. You can expect to  ride about 40 minutes, each way. We have bikes to rent, if you need one: City Bikes, Family Cargo Bikes and trail-a-bikes that we can help you attach to your bicycle, so a kid can help you pedal.

Rides meet at Revolutions, on the Cooper-side of First Congo, in front of our gate with bike art above it. We’ll meet at 6:30 and roll out by 6:45, at the latest. If you are renting bicycles, please come at 6:15.

All rides are weather dependent (we will postpone, if it looks like rain). Check out weather details here or call the Shop at 901-726-6409. And we require helmets on all Revolutions sponsored rides. Please remember that you ride at your own risk.

Don’t let not having a bike keep you from riding with us. We have bikes for sale, in our Shop. And we also rent adult bikes, kid’s trail-a-bikes for and family cargo bikes for $5-10 plus tax, on the day of a group ride.
