Where will you ride with us?

Women’s Bike Chat — TODAY!

Where is summer going?! Today, is already the 3rd Sunday of the month, which means it’s time for another Women’s Bike Chat. We’ve had several new woman around the Shop, and they were asking questions about riding. Won’t you join us for chatting and encouragement about riding bicycles, in Memphis? Sure, it’s hot as blazes! But when we ride through the neighborhood, the breeze feels nice!! Will you meet with us today at 2:00 p.m.?

Bring your bicycles and we’ll take an easy neighborhood ride. Don’t let not having a bike stop you from riding with us. You can rent one of ours for $5, plus tax!

Flat Fix Class — TOMORROW!

Monday, July 18, is our next Members’ class: Fix a Flat. This class covers everything you need to know about tires and tubes. Learn why you get flats and the best ways to prevent them, in the future. Plus, learn about ways you can get involved with Revolutions, both in our workshop and around the community.

This class is free and for Revolutions members, only. Not a member of Revolutions, yet? You can join when you sign up for class!

Bike to Dinner — WEDNESDAY!

Don’t miss our last Bike to Dinner ride. This Wednesday, we’re headed to  Maciel’s Tortas & Tacos. Have you been to this new downtown restaurant? It’s muy delicious!! You can see pictures of their beautiful food here.

Rides meet at Revolutions, on the Cooper-side of First Congo, in front of our gate with bike art above it. Meet up at 6:30 and roll out by 6:45, at the latest. If you are renting bicycles, please come at 6:15.

All rides are weather dependent (we will postpone, if it looks like rain). And we require helmets on all Revolutions sponsored rides. Bring your bike in to Revolutions for a tune-up before the 20th, to make sure it’s ready to ride! And as always, you’ll need lights and locks, as we will ride back after dark. We take a pretty easy pace. Please remember that you ride at your own risk.

Don’t let not having a bike keep you from riding with us. We have bikes for sale, in our Shop. And we also rent adult bikes for $5, and family cargo bikes for $10 plus tax, on the night of a Bike to Dinner ride.

We hope you’ll join us!
